Please read these terms carefully before using the Arthubplatform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Arthubplatform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Organizations must be legally registered entities to post open calls.
3. Platform Usage & Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, including artworks, portfolio details, and organization listings.
- Artists retain all ownership rights to their submitted works.
- By uploading content, you grant Avantregistry non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
- Prohibited content includes anything illegal, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Organizations must ensure all listed open calls are legitimate and comply with their own stated terms.
4. Fees & Payments
Certain services on CCOSMI, such as Artist Memberships and Organization Listing Packages, require payment.
- All fees are stated in the currency applicable to your region.
- Subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in our refund policy.
- Application fees for open calls are paid directly through the platform and managed by the hosting organization.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
6. Limitation of Liability
Avantregistry provides the platform "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avantregistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
