Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying other users before engaging in transactions
• Compliance with applicable laws

Users may upload content including artworks, open calls, events, and profile information.

Avant Registry does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove or modify content at our discretion.

Subscriptions and payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

Avant Registry does not store or process payment card details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

We are not responsible for payment processing errors, bank issues, or third-party failures.

Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including cancellations.

Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avant Registry shall not be liable for:
